Privacy Policy – Secret Santa Name Picker for iOS

Docu Solutions Group, LLC ("Docu Solutions Group", "we", "us", or "our") makes the Secret Santa Name Picker mobile application for iPhone and iPad (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the App, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

This policy applies to the App and to any related services that link to it (together, the "Services"). It does not cover third-party apps, websites, or services, including Apple's, which have their own privacy policies.

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. Secret Santa Name Picker works entirely on your device, and nothing you enter is sent to us.

• Names you enter: the participant names you type to draw matches are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

• No accounts or emails: the App does not ask for an account, sign-in, email address, or phone number.

• No analytics, ads, or tracking: the App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools and does not use your device's advertising identifier.

• No device permissions: the App does not access your location, contacts, camera, photos, or microphone.

3. Information Apple may share with us

If you have chosen in iOS to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give us anonymized crash reports and usage statistics that do not identify you. You can turn this off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Share With App Developers.

4. How we use and share information

Because we don't collect personal information, we don't use, sell, or share it for any purpose, including targeted advertising. We use anonymized crash reports from Apple only to find and fix bugs.

5. Sharing your results

The only way to share results is to copy Secret Santa assignments to your device's clipboard. The copied text stays on your device until you paste it somewhere, and we never see it. Once you paste it into another app, that app's privacy policy applies. The App does not read anything from your clipboard.

6. Storage and deletion

Anything you enter stays on your device, protected by your device's built-in security. You can delete it in the App [path, e.g., Settings > Clear All Names] or by deleting the App, which removes all of its data from your device.

7. Children's privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, so families can use it without any information being sent to us.

8. Your state privacy rights

Some U.S. state laws, such as California's, give residents the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete, and we never sell or share personal information. You can still contact us with any privacy question (Section 11).

9. Users outside the United States

The App works the same way everywhere: your information stays on your device and is never transferred to us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version in the App and at [URL] and change the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email before they take effect.
